At ASC-Technology LTD, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your Gaming PC or used laptop, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve any concerns and provide a seamless experience.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We understand that buying online can sometimes be uncertain. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied or have changed your mind, we will facilitate a return and refund process.

How the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Works

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@asc-technology.co.uk with your Order Number and details of your concern. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and our team is here to assist you.
  2. Return Authorization:
    If a return is necessary, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a returns form. RMAs are valid for 5 days from issuance.
  3. Return Shipping:
    You can choose to use our DPD Collection Service for a flat fee of £20, or arrange your own return shipping.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund, provided the conditions below are met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Conditions and Exclusions

  1. Notification Period:
    You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of our acceptance email.
  2. Product Condition:
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • New items should be unopened and unused. Opened or used items may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may result in deductions for repair or replacement costs.
  1. Software and Services:
  • Activated software is non-refundable, as it is registered to you and typically non-transferable.
  • Priority turnaround and premium delivery options (e.g., Saturday delivery, pre-12 delivery, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isles) are non-refundable unless there is a product issue.
  1. Custom-Built PCs:
    A cancellation fee applies for non-faulty custom-built machines, as each system is bespoke and requires significant time to assemble.
  2. Transit Damage:
    Damage caused by insufficient packaging during return transit is not covered. Please ensure the item is securely packed.
  3. Data Backup:
    We are not responsible for any data loss. Please back up all data before returning the product.
  4. Serial Numbers:
    We record all component serial numbers to prevent fraud.

Outside the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the 14-day period has expired, you will need to refer to our Warranty Policy or your statutory rights.

  1. Repairs or Replacements:
  • Your product is covered for repairs or replacements under the warranty period specified on the product page.
  • For warranty claims, please contact us at support@asc-technology.co.uk.
  1. Refunds:
    Refunds are not available after the 14-day period, but we are happy to assist with repairs or replacements.

Your Statutory Rights

Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A short-term right to reject goods within 30 days of delivery if they are:
    • Faulty (not of satisfactory quality).
    • Not fit for purpose (cannot be used for the intended purpose).
    • Not as described (does not match the description provided).

If you exercise this right, you are entitled to a full refund. After the 30-day period, you can request a repair or replacement for any faulty or defective goods.

Important Information

  1. Packaging:
  • Return items in their original box with all accessories.
  • Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  1. Return Sheet:
  • Include the completed Return Sheet inside the box. Items returned without it will be rejected and sent back untested.
  1. Labelling:
  • Do not write directly on the product packaging. Use brown packing paper, an envelope, or an outer box.
  1. Additional Items:
  • Do not include items not purchased from us unless specifically advised.
