Returns Policy
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please open a ticket, and we will assist you with your return.
We require that you cover the return postage using a fully insured courier service to protect against any potential loss or damage. ASC-Technology LTD will not be held liable for any issues otherwise. All returns must be unopened, unmodified, and in their original condition.
Upon delivery, all orders should be inspected, and any damage must be reported directly to ASC-Technology LTD within 1 working day, as we cannot accept damage claims submitted after this timeframe.
Before returning any item, you must email our customer service department at support@asc-technology.co.uk within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from the date of issue. The completed Returns form must be included within the packaging.
Please refrain from writing on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a Returns form. Any faults or damage not documented on the ASC-Technology LTD RMA form that may have occurred due to transit will not be covered. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted with the delivery service.
We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to ASC-Technology LTD for orders that have failed due to incorrect contact information or address provided by the customer.
